It’s not exactly a secret that pumpkin is one of the favorite flavors of fall. From beloved pumpkin cheesecake to a family recipe for pumpkin roll, it’s a delightful addition to many dishes.

But there’s no rule that says pumpkin can only be enjoyed in desserts! In fact, it’s really delicious in breakfast recipes!

Recipe Name Ingredients Instructions
Pumpkin Pancakes 1 cup flour, 1 cup pumpkin puree, 2 eggs, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 cup milk Mix all ingredients. Cook on a greased skillet until bubbles form, then flip.
Pumpkin Spice Latte 1 cup brewed coffee, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp pumpkin puree, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp pumpkin spice Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, heat, and serve with whipped cream.
Pumpkin Oatmeal 1 cup oats, 2 cups water, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1 tsp cinnamon, honey to taste Cook oats in water, stir in pumpkin and cinnamon, sweeten to taste.
Pumpkin Muffins 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking soda Mix ingredients, pour into muffin tins, bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Pumpkin Smoothie 1 banana, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tsp pumpkin spice Blend all ingredients until smooth, serve chilled.
