No-Bake Frozen Cheesecake – A Delightful Treat for Anytime Enjoyment
No-Bake Frozen Cheesecake is the perfect way to celebrate summer. A sweet and salty crust combines with a layer of smooth cheesecake filling and fresh berries to create a delicious dessert for summer entertaining.

It’s that time of year when thoughts turn to simple summer recipes. As the temperatures rise, our time outdoors increases, leading to less baking compared to the cooler months. However, easy and delicious recipes remain essential, and this frozen cheesecake meets those criteria perfectly.
The Perfect Summer Cheesecake
For regular readers, you know that no-bake desserts are a favorite. They are quick to prepare and always a crowd-pleaser. With the midwest temperatures climbing, it’s the ideal moment to share my favorite frozen cheesecake recipe.
This No-Bake Frozen Cheesecake merges two beloved recipes: Frozen Samoa Pie and Strawberry Pretzel Salad, creating a stunning summer treat suitable for any occasion. A sweet and salty crust paired with smooth, creamy cheesecake filling makes for an irresistible combination, topped off with fresh berries right before serving.
Key Ingredients

The crust consists of graham cracker crumbs, crushed pretzels, and finely chopped pecans, elevating the traditional recipe to a whole new level. I must confess, I could eat this crust by the spoonful—maybe I have indulged just a tad!
No-Bake Cheesecake Filling with Condensed Milk
The filling is incredibly simple, requiring just four ingredients:
- Cream cheese
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Frozen whipped topping
- Pure vanilla extract
This filling differs from traditional cheesecake varieties that use eggs and cream. Since we’re not baking this filling, eggs aren’t needed. Instead, the combination of Cool Whip and sweetened condensed milk creates the lovely, creamy texture, makes it sweet, and keeps it perfect for freezing!
How to Make No-Bake Frozen Cheesecake
The whole process takes about 15 minutes of prep time. Start by mixing together the graham cracker crumbs, chopped pretzels, chopped pecans, sugar, and melted butter for the crust. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. The crust is then complete!
To prepare the filling, beat the cream cheese in a standalone or electric mixer until smooth. Add in the sweetened condensed milk, mixing for another few minutes. Finally, fold in thawed whipped topping and vanilla extract. Spread the filling into the crust, cover with foil, and place in the freezer for at least four hours

To serve, top the cheesecake with fresh berries or any desired toppings, such as homemade cherry pie filling, blueberry sauce, strawberry sauce, or salted caramel. Individual serving sizes can also be created by using ramekins, but presenting a large cheesecake can truly impress your guests.
